After overcoming depression, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes following a life-altering accident, Jim now shares proven principles of longevity, resilience, and renewed vitality. Jim is a certified personal trainer, senior fitness specialist and health and wellness coach. At 68, Jim knows the challenges of aging and the proven methods of meeting those challenges head on. He has dedicated his life to helping people of any age or situation become their best selves through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle change.
